Track revenue, conversions, and link performance across your Rheopay account.

Analytics & Reporting

The Analytics section gives you a real-time view of how your payment links are performing, how much revenue you have collected, and where drop-offs are happening.

Go to Analytics in the sidebar to access the full analytics view.

Plan requirement

Full analytics are available on plans that include the analytics feature. The dashboard summary is available on all plans.


Dashboard summary

The main dashboard always shows a quick summary panel at the top with:

Total linksTotal number of payment links in your account.
Active linksLinks currently in Active status.
Paid linksLinks that have received at least one payment.
Conversion ratePercentage of Active links that resulted in a payment.
Total revenueSum of all successful transactions.
Revenue trendChange compared to the previous period (↑ or ↓ with percentage).

Date ranges

Analytics can be filtered by:

  • Last 7 days
  • Last 30 days
  • Last 90 days
  • All time

When you switch the range, all metrics and charts update accordingly. Trend comparisons always compare to the equivalent previous period (e.g. "last 30 days" compares to the 30 days before that).


Revenue chart

The revenue chart shows daily or weekly revenue over the selected period. Hover over any point to see the exact amount for that day.

The chart also overlays the number of transactions so you can spot volume vs. average-order-value patterns.


The Links table in Analytics shows per-link stats:

Sort by any column to find your best-performing or lowest-converting links.


Transaction history

Go to Transactions in the sidebar to see every payment processed through your account.

Filters

  • Date range
  • Status (Pending, Succeeded, Failed, Refunded)
  • Payment provider
  • Customer name or email

Issuing a refund

From the transaction detail page, click Refund to issue a full refund back to the customer's original payment method. Partial refunds are not supported.

Refunds are irreversible

Once issued, a refund cannot be cancelled. The funds are returned to the customer's payment method within the timeframe defined by the payment provider.

Exporting transactions

Click Export from the Transactions page to download a CSV or JSON file of the current filtered view. Exports include:

  • Transaction ID
  • Date and time
  • Customer name and email
  • Description
  • Amount and currency
  • Status
  • Payment provider
  • Link ID

Invoices

Rheopay generates a monthly invoice for your subscription and usage fees on the 1st of each month.

Go to Settings → Billing → Invoices to:

  • View all past invoices.
  • Download each invoice as a PDF.

Each invoice includes:

  • Platform subscription fee for the billing period.
  • Per-link creation fees (if applicable under your plan).
  • Per-email delivery fees (if applicable under your plan).
