Rheopay lets you maintain a catalog of customers and products that you can attach to payment links instead of entering the same details each time.
Customers
What is a customer record?
A customer record stores a name and email address. When you attach a customer to a payment link, the payment page is pre-filled with their details and receipts are sent to their email automatically.
Managing customers
Go to Customers in the sidebar to:
- View all customers and their payment history.
- Create a new customer manually.
- Search by name or email.
- View all links and transactions associated with a customer.
- Delete a customer record (this does not delete their transaction history).
Creating a customer
Click New Customer and enter:

Attaching a customer to a link
When creating or editing a payment link, use the Customer field to search and select an existing customer, or type a new name and email on the spot.
If you type a new name and email on a link without selecting an existing customer, Rheopay creates a new customer record automatically when the link is saved.
Personal data deletion
To comply with data protection regulations, you can delete a customer's personal data from the Customer detail page. This removes the name and email from the customer record and all linked transactions while keeping anonymized transaction data for accounting purposes.
Products
What is a product?
A product is a reusable item with a name, price, and optional description and image. Products are attached to payment links instead of entering a one-off amount. The link amount is calculated automatically from the selected products and quantities.
Managing products
Go to Products in the sidebar to:
- View all products with their prices.
- Create, edit, or delete products.
- Search by name.
Creating a product
Click New Product and fill in:

Attaching products to a link
When creating or editing a payment link, click Add products to select one or more products and set quantities for each. The link total is calculated and shown in real time.
If you attach products to a link, the manually entered amount field is ignored — the total is derived from the products.
Coupons
Coupons let customers apply a discount code at checkout.
Creating a coupon
Go to Settings → Coupons → New Coupon and enter:

| Code | The string the customer enters at checkout (e.g. WELCOME10). |
| Discount type | Percentage (e.g. 10% off) or Fixed amount (e.g. €5 off). |
| Discount value | The percentage or amount to deduct. |
| Expiry | Optional date after which the coupon is no longer valid. |
| Max uses | Optional cap on total redemptions. |
Attaching a coupon to a link
When creating a link, select a coupon from the Coupon field. The coupon code is shown on the payment page and customers can apply it at checkout.
